There are some good ideas here, but the author ignores the fact that those who claim elections are being stolen are saying so because they don't like the results. They are not swayed by facts. So no reforms will convince them the election was fair if their side lost.

Where I live in Sweden, the case is that a government agency for elections sends all citizens (and residents when it comes to local / municipal level) an electoral card several weeks before the election date. Voting can be done in many places such as schools and local offices.
